Almetyevsk - Russia, March 31st, 2009, Roseman has completed a successful pilot with the Russian biggest oil company - Tatneft - using its mobile RFC-2500 Fuel Tanker Controller. The full functionality of the mobile controller was checked under extreme weather conditions well below -20°C. Full deployment will take place by the end of Q4/2009.
